absurd #85

earzumba 'bye bye butterfly' cdr issued on saturday december the 4th during the absurd #84 'bye bye butterfly' event. no longer available the initial idea was to have  a release being released that day, by aux, this idea developed so much within a 3 month period that finally was shelved. as 'infinity' was dropped as an idea too it looked like a good idea to issue a cdr with completely different sounds to the ones that people were expecting to listen during the main event and asked christian for a crazy earzumba set. so here it is. a play w/ classic rock titles housed in a butterfly sleeve on white paper / red ink as a tribute to syd barrett as according to one of the legends around him say that once he was in the studio to record, being totally freaked out he was given the lyrics of the songs typed with red ink on white paper and he went more nuts that he ripped to shreds the papers. never checked if the legend is right or wrong simply liked it craziness so...
